Returns
We always endeavor for the satisfaction of our customers. In accordance with our terms and conditions, we therefore, grant you a right of return of 30 days from receiving the delivery. This goes beyond the statutory right of withdrawal. The timely dispatch of the return is sufficient to meet our return deadline. A prerequisite for any return is that the goods are returned unused and in saleable condition. The customer is responsible for the proper packaging and will cover the costs of a return shipment. For international returns, we ask you to mark the package with “Returns – No Commercial Value”.
Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, we kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible so that we can stop shipping in good time. We will then be happy to meet your change requests.
Refund
After receiving your return, we will process the refund of the purchase value of the returned brushes immediately. Keep in mind, that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be transferred to your PayPal account or to the connected bank account or credit card. This might take up to five working days. Depending on the bank, this can take 3-5 days. If you have paid with a gift voucher, we will issue a credit note.
